Our Duties

We keep your pool water healthy and treat any algae. Algae Free Guarantee.

We check your pool equipment.

We backwash your filter on regular basis.

We evaluate your pool water and apply the correct minerals and chemicals to keep your water in peak condition.

We clean your automatic pool cleaner (bag / filter).

We brush your pool (walls, tiles, steps).

We verify your pool cleaner operation.

We help you monitor your pool operations by reporting any observations of pool issues.

We net your pool.

We empty your pump baskets and pool skimmer.

We clean your pool sweep wall screen.

We vacuum your pool.

Your Duties

Maintain sufficient water level.

Report to us any detection of swimming pool issues.

Keep the pool equipment working and approve repairs when required.

Notes

There could be extra startup charges for the first cleaning & treatment.

Stabilizer treatments quarterly.

Monthly service fee based on a 4 week month.

We offer twice a month service in Riviera Beach from October till March each year.

Necessary Stabilizer & Filter Cleanings

Seasonal filter cleanings and stabilizer boosts are necessary for most swimming pools in Florida. A few times per year we need to boost the stabilizer, perform a filter cleaning with acid and remove phosphates. We charge $49 quarterly for our stabilizer package for those on a weekly plan.
